These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ClimbingTogether.org and all related pages, forms, and communications operated by Climbing Together Inc, a Florida 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. By accessing this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

Eligibility
This website is intended for users 18 years of age or older residing in the United States. Climbing Together does not knowingly collect information from children under 13, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Our Services and Assistance Requests
Climbing Together provides essential resources, community referrals, and general financial education to individuals and families in need. Submitting a request for assistance does not guarantee that assistance will be provided. All requests are subject to review and approval, and applicants may be asked to complete a verification process to confirm eligibility and to ensure our standards and compliance requirements are met. Assistance is provided based on available resources, eligibility, and program guidelines, and Climbing Together may approve, deny, or limit any request at its sole discretion. Climbing Together may also modify, pause, or discontinue any program at any time.

Educational Disclaimer
All financial education provided by Climbing Together, including workshops, materials, and online content, is general and informational only. It is not personalized financial, legal, tax, insurance, or investment advice. Every situation is different, and you should consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

Communications and Text Messaging (SMS/MMS)
By checking the applicable box on our forms, you expressly consent to receive communications from Climbing Together Inc. by email, SMS/MMS text message, and telephone at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of receiving services or making a donation.

Non-marketing text messages may include responses to your inquiries, assistance application status updates, eligibility verification requests, appointment and pickup reminders, event and registration confirmations, volunteer scheduling and shift reminders, and donation receipts. With your separate consent, marketing text messages may include event announcements, donation drives, volunteer opportunities, and community updates.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan, and you are solely responsible for any such charges. You may reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages, and you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out. For help, reply HELP or contact us at [email protected] or 888.812.HERO (4376). Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Climbing Together team members may also contact you directly from their mobile devices regarding your requests, events, or volunteer participation. The same opt-out rights apply, and you may reply STOP or ask to be removed at any time. Opting out of marketing messages does not affect communications needed to respond to your requests or confirm your participation in a program or event.
