As a Financial Literacy Consultant and the Founder of Nicolette Management, Nikki is known for making complex financial topics simple, for speaking plainly about credit, budgeting, and long-term stability, and for building spaces where people feel equipped rather than overwhelmed. At Climbing Together, she pairs that knowledge with compassion, so the people we serve receive both the resources they need today and the education to build a stronger tomorrow.
