Our Commitment to Sponsors
Climbing Together Inc. is grateful for every sponsor. Please read this notice before you submit the Sponsor Interest Form. It explains how sponsorships are received, recognized, and protected.

About This Form
This form tells us you are interested in sponsoring Climbing Together. It is not a payment and it is not a binding agreement. After you submit it, we will contact you to confirm the details and send a Sponsorship Agreement for you to sign.

Your Gift
Your sponsorship is a donation. It is not a loan, and we do not repay it. We assign your sponsor level based on your gift. For an in-kind gift, we use the fair market value you tell us. For a recurring gift, we use your total for 12 months.

How Your Gift Is Used
We use your gift to carry out our mission of providing essential resources, community referrals, and financial education. If you name a purpose in your Sponsorship Agreement, we will honor it.

Recognition
We recognize your name and logo according to your sponsor level. This recognition is not advertising, and we do not promote your products, services, or prices. You may ask us not to recognize you publicly.

No Ownership or Control
Your gift does not give you ownership, control, or a vote in Climbing Together Inc. It does not entitle you to free services or on-demand access to our leadership. We do not sell the services of Nicolette Management LLC through sponsorships.

Relationships
Please tell us if you are related to, or do business with, a director, an officer, or Nicolette Management LLC. If you are, our independent directors review your sponsorship before we accept it.

Tax Information
Climbing Together Inc. is a Florida 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We send a written acknowledgment for any gift of $250 or more. For in-kind gifts, we describe the gift but do not assign it a value. Please consult a tax professional about your specific situation.

Your Information
We use your information only to process your gift, send your acknowledgment, and recognize your support. We do not sell or rent it. We share it only with the service providers who help us operate, or when the law requires it.

Emails and Text Messages
If you agree, we will send you emails and text messages about your sponsorship, such as confirmations, acknowledgments, and updates. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for help. You do not have to agree in order to sponsor.
